A: We provide our travel services across Surrey, London and the surrounding areas.
Q: What does the price include?
A: Prices are all inclusive, however if you are making payment by credit/debit card a small addition of 5% off the journey price applies.
Q: What vehicles do you have?
A: Our vehicles are split into 3 categories, Premium Luxury, Executive, Premium MPV. You can select the category you require depending on; number of passenger, the occasion, etc.
Q: Can I select a particular vehicle?
A: We split our vehicles into categories. This helps you decide on the type of vehicle you require. We can only provide a particular make/model for special occasions such as; weddings or special events.
Q: How much luggage can I take?
A: The luggage space depends on the type of vehicle that you book. If you have a large amount of luggage, you can select a larger vehicle during the booking process.
Q: Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?
A: No, we monitor flight times and arrive when you do, however once your flight has landed you are provided with 45 minutes of waiting time to meet your driver, after which you will be charged £40.00 per hour pro rota.
Q: Are all journey prices fixed?
A: Yes, Provided there is no additional waiting time, de-tours and via’s.
Q: What if I cannot locate my driver?
A: If you cannot locate your driver please contact us on +44 (0) 1483 722 622. You may incur a full “No Show” charge if you leave the agreed pick up point and fail to make contact.
Q: What if I miss my flight?
A: Contact us on +44 (0) 1483 722 622. You will incur a full “No Show” charge if you have not informed us before our driver has been despatched.
Q: Do I have to book online?
A: Our online booking process is available for your convenience, however if you prefer to speak to one of our office staff, you can make a booking on the phone via our reservations line on: +44 (0) 1483 722 622.
Q: Can I pay cash?
A: Yes, you can pay cash to the driver at the end of your journey. We only accept Pound Sterling.
Q: Do you charge extra for card payments?
A: Yes, there is a small addition of 5% to the total price of journey.
Q: Do I need to pay in advance?
A: No. Where you elect to pay on arrival we will require card details to secure the booking also the booking can only be made by contacting our offices +44 (0) 1483 722 622
Q: How long have you been providing a private hire transfer service?
A: Our management team between them have over 15 years of experience in ground transportation.
Q: Are your prices per car or per person?
A: All of our prices are per vehicle and not per person.
Q: How early do I need to book my car?
A; Our advice is to book as early as you can, however if you need to book a journey within a 24 hour period than just give us a call on +44 (0)1483 722 622.
Q: What if I wish to cancel and want a refund?
A: We can cancel and refund any journey before our driver has been despatched. If you do not inform us in sufficient time then you will be liable to pay the full cost of the journey
Q: Do you charge extra on specials days? (Christmas day, Boxing day, New years, Bank Holidays)
A: Yes we do! there are additional charges of 50% on these days, in other words “time and a half”.
Q: Do you provide local cab services?
A: No, We only provide executive chauffeur services.
